To join our Association the customers and interested parties can submit entrance applications

To be entitled to join the Association an applicant needs to meet the following requirements:

1. To own a domain and provide proof of below facts:
   • The domain title is either a generic word or a proper name (anthroponym, toponym).
   • There are at least three established preliminary contacts with third parties, interested in using the domain on shared-domain terms, provided that the applicant has had no copyright conflicts or points at issue regarding ownership and use of the domain name or this kind of disputes had been successfully settled in court or on an extrajudicial basis.
   Or
2. The applicant has exclusive rights to means of individualization of legal entity; to personal name, surname, patronymic or geographical title and has rights to confirmed legitimate interest in the use of these IDs in the domain name. In this case:
   • A candidate for admission to the Association is entitled to pass to the latter the right to select the appropriate domain name and register it to the candidate's name or to other person specified by the candidate.
   • The Association offers the applicant a list of at least 3 persons interested in joint use of the domain name for establishing preliminary business contacts (the list was made using patented soft products and methods with copyrights possessed by the Association or the project's managing company SHAREBUSINESS).
   • A candidate for admission should conduct negotiations with the persons from the list by himself and, as proof of their interest for joint use and/or co-ownership of the domain name, should produce official supportive letters signed by the persons' representatives (for legal entities and public organizations).
