What is SHAREBUSINESS all about?

While traveling around USA, one of our company founders noticed an interesting slogan put on a pizza box in one small town in Mid West: 'Best when shared with friends'. Ideas of uniting consumers by the dinner-table or inside a business project are simple and clear to both common people and sophisticated businessmen, just like those words printed on a pizza box. The general meaning is that many people united by friendship and/or common commercial interests can enjoy and make good use of a product, its taste and other advantages, together, all at the same time. For example, in Russian cultural tradition this model of uniting material resources and human efforts has roots in ideas which are deeply engrained in the national ground, such as Russian 'mir'(community), 'obschaya kassa'(common cash fund), 'sviazka prutiev' (bundle): weak when separated, but strong when united altogether.

Thus, SHAREBUSINESS can be defined as:

The System of collective (shared) use of domain names which have as a rule a common meaning or a meaning of a proper noun (e.g. anthroponyms, toponyms, etc.) by accumulating financial, intellectual and other resources of concerned parties and their synergetic association for the purpose of development of business projects both on domestic and international level or gaining profit from common or personal meanings of denominations reflected in these domain names. All domain names in the System are incorporated into the Bank of Shared Domains.

What we can do and what we offer?

We pay special attention to most efficient realization and protection of rights and legitimate interests of users (participants) of the System by the following means:

1. rendering services of reserving trademark/service mark registrations for the System participants. The company-operator registers a trademark/service mark in its name, but under the condition of providing buy-out option (transfer of exclusive rights) to participants of the System for at least 5 years at price which includes fully legitimate and documented expenses, incurred within registration procedure, etc.
2. Cutting costs on hosting services related to shared domain names for members of the System, when several computers combined into clasters are able to maintain thousands of websites and to provide significant computing resources to users who provide available PC for this purpose;
3. representing interests of participants of the System in international and national courts and arbitrations in case any groundless claims and complaints arise which may infringe rights of shared use of domain names listed in the Bank of shared domain names;
4. company-operator provides domain/website development services to participants of the System;
5. establishment and structuring of joint business projects and creation of joint ventures in cases when possible contribution of participant of the System includes not only financial and human resources, but also useful and commercially applicable business ideas related to IT (in particular, hosting, software, proxy developments, etc.), along with rights, resulting from patents for inventions, production pieces, and utility models;
6. searching for and purchasing domain names on a by-order basis for participants of the System, by using databases and search engines (including patented ones). Holding and using of such domain names which were purchased by the order of the System participant is based either on SHAREBUSINESS System (for instance, in the form of establishing a particular partnership (joint venture agreement) with transfer of rights for domain name to this partnership), or on the basis of other models which may provide the best protection of legitimate interests of participants;
